All bookings made through this Website are subject to room availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation notice has been sent to the guest.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 (Noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
Guests are expected to maintain the property with care. Any damage caused to the property during the stay will be chargeable to the guest.
Room rates displayed on the Website are per night and are subject to change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
Services such as airport pick-up/drop and scooty/bike rental are optional, chargeable, and subject to availability. These must be requested in advance.
Joon and Co and The Green Homestay shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings during a guest's stay, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
